First Easel Card

Never being one to be ahead of the game at anything, it has taken me until now to make my first easel card ...

I've used Tilda with Sunflower, Sizzlets Flourishes, DCWV Kitchen Stack and Papermania papers, finished off with gems and peel-offs. Tilda is coloured with a mix of Copics and ProMarkers.

Don't know what took me so long to try this, it was really easy so now the first one is done I shall be more adventurous next time!

Also decided that I need to recoup some of my spending - thought I might put a notice up on the board at work as a starter, do you think this would be ok?

Would be interested to hear views from those who do sell their cards at work.

Hugs, Squirrel xx

Fab card Squirrel...I made an easel card today too! lol
Great idea to advertise your cards at work...though I think you should definitely charge more...especially for bespoke cards.

Gorgeous card Squirrel - and your colouring is as exquisite as ever!

Great poster - I sell mine in work too - have a box of pre-made cards and then take orders for personalised (which start at £4) You need to put your prices up girlie - your colouring is much better than mine ;)

hi there hunny, this is just delightful!!!! Love your poster too. I have a box of my cards at work and usually keep around 15 cards in it and sell them for £1-50 each. I sells to the usual few and they also ask for personalised ones too. Having a box with cards there is also a great way to sell them to folks who have forgotten a friends birthday etc and they need one right there and then, lol. Good luck babe

lovely swirls and you're great with your peel-offs lady. I can't keep mine in a straight line never mind use them as a fancy border.

Gorgeous easel card Squirrel - I made my first one a couple of weeks ago too and have now made as econd - love the way they give a bit more space to play with. Brilliant poster too ... I've never tried selling mine in work as i don't think the boss would approve but if I did I'd be pinching your poster idea lol!! I think i'd tend to go for about £1.50-£2.50 for pre-made and a bit more for personalised ... hard to say though. people seem tight with their money and have no clue how much work goes into them!! Hope it goes well :-)
