Morning all, happy Saturday to you! I've not done much crafting this week, time has slipped away like the slipperiest slippery thing, so I find myself at this end of the week with not much I can show you.
I did make this card, but I'm not sure I should have done. I spent ages on the image, wasn't overly happy with it but because I had faffed around with it for so long it got made into a card anyway!
The really cute stamp is Doggie Gift from Whimsy
Coloured in part with Distress Inks (ReInkers) and part in Polychromos Pencils
Papers are Basic Grey Max and Whiskers
Sentiment is Clearly Besotted
and I have had the paw brad for so long there is no hope of remembering who made it
I think it is obvious that the trouble with this one started when I decided to give the grey terrier a hairy coat!
Well, Rosie has made herself well and truly at home in the three weeks she's been here, and her confidence grows by the day - too much sometimes! She is a nosey little devil. Last night she managed to evade my attempts to keep her out of the garage and shot between my legs and disappeared into the deepest, darkest corner. I think Vince may have left her a note to say "if you go here, they can't reach you". It took a lot of rolling of the pingpong ball around the kitchen floor (she can't resist it) and shaking of the Dreamies for her to eventually reappear. This morning she is in the conservatory, unsupervised. Don't worry - my inks are well covered. This time.
Hugs to all
Squirrel xx

Well I love the shaggy dog. I want to put my arms around his neck and snuggle him up. Love how you've found matching papers and the brad. You're just so good at this, it amazes me every time.
I'm laughing at Rosie's escapades. She sounds like a real character! Hope your bumped head's feeling better today hun. xx

What you on about girlfriend!!? It's an amazing bit of art work (one I would be extremely proud of...if I could paint!!) and worthy of that super duper paper!! I am loving hearing about Rosie's antics, she is clearly one VERY happy cat!! xx
cute card. where we live currently ... it's been a bad hair day for so long with the rain and humidity even a flat coated dog would become fuzzy!

Don't know what you are worried about Squirrel, that shaggy dog looks great, and it's a wonderful card.

This cracked me up with its truism: time has slipped away like the slipperiest slippery thing. I like this card and the two doggy friends. The shaggy dog is cute. The only problem I see with this card is... dogs. *shrugs* I'm sure Rosie would agree.
