Fancy a Cuppa?

Morning all, hope this finds you well on what is, in Suffolk, a beautiful summer's morning, very sunny, very warm and a light breeze.  I feel as if I ought to be out there but the call of the studio is too strong to resist!

There is something very British about having a cuppa.  It seems to solve so many things.  I stopped drinking full strength tea and moved over to decaff about ten years ago, (roughly when I started card making, lol) and I could never go back to real tea now.  I did try a variety of the herbal, fruit, flower, who-knows-what teas, but they really didn't float my boat.  I never tried acorn though.....

Painted with Distress Inks (ReInkers)
Papers are Dovecraft Bright Spark (green) and True Blue (brown)
Sentiment made up from one of the new LOTV sets but I can't find it on the website now
Border punch by Martha Stewart
Dots punch by Rymans Office Stationery

That's put me in the mood for a cuppa now - anyone else fancy one?
There's bisquits.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend

Hugs to all
Squirrel xx

She's lovely honey, and are those dots really not from the same papers? Wow, perfect match. Love the shading, and the die is perfect.

Squirrel,
This is a lovely card - one of my favourite Lili fairies. I really like your colour choice and card design and your wonderful colouring looks beautiful.

It's more like a thermos flask when we go picnicking - nothing so delicate as a teapot!

Ooooh, did someone say biscuits?!
I'm not a tea drinker so I hope you don't mind but I'll have a coffee please :-)
This fairy is so adorable with her acorn tea (coffee?!) set and she looks fab in green...not a colour I use a lot but it's perfect here.

Big hugs, Kat xx

I don't do caffeine either and every tea I've every tried just tastes like warm water out of some old pipes. I guess tea is an acquired thing all the way around. Love this card and a tea party sounds like a good idea. And by "tea party" I mean tequila bash.
