Without Words (DT) And Relax

It's the first Monday of yet another new month so that means a new challenge over at

Last month we were working 9 to 5 with our Occupations theme, but everyone deserves some time off from work so this time around we are going for
And Relax: Hobbies & Leisure

Here is my DT with a very proud pup and his prize winning flower

If anyone has any tips to stop squinty photos I would be pleased to hear them!
Painted in Distress Inks (ReInkers) on Bristol Board
Sentiment is Hobby Arts
Papers are from an old pack of My Minds Eye
Border punch is Martha Stewart

My wonderfully talented and inspiring Word Bird teamies have come up trumps again so please do pop over for a nose - you won't regret it.  Donna's card certainly raised a smile for me this time.

Hope you will join us and have fun with colour.

Hugs, Squirrel xx

What a gorgeous card, love that image and the reason behind it too. i photoshop mine and use the skew function to straighten them. It is so hard to get a perfect photo otherwise.

Good morning Squirrel. Thank you so much for my beautiful card, they always look so much better in the flesh, as it were!
Gorgeous cards since I last popped in, been too busy enjoying myself around my birthday to get chance to bloghop.
I agree the Sansodor is the best result, but the Zest it is a very creditable result too considering you can't use the Sansodor! :o)

Gorgeous card Squirrel. Love the image. As for "squinty" photos, have you seen mine recently?? Couldn't take a decent shot if my life depended on it.

Lovely image, not sure if I have that one, will now have to check, as I've definitely not used it yet for sure.

Fab colouring and I love the colour of the flower. (I'm wondering what colour did you use?)

I don't think there's anything wrong with you picture hun, but I'm not the best at taking the pics, they're always a bit wonky, so I remove the backgrounds, partly because it seems to brighten them up, but also because they then merge into the white background of my blog and no-one can see if the photo is a bit wobbly! :0)

I completely blame the camera and never the user for less than stellar photos. Obviously, my camera has no idea what "in focus" means.

Hmmm... not that I do but whatever happens in a photo is not my fault!

Cute card!
