I'm in the mood for .....

...... boys!  Ooh-err missus!

This is my second entry into this week's Sweet Stampin' Challenge for the men in your life.

I wanted this little chap in his enormous comfy chair to look like he was in a gentleman's club so it took a bit of furtling around to find papers that I was happy with.  Bit of a compromise but I think they work - mind you, I've never set foot in a gent's club so what would I know, lol!

Ingredients for this card are:
Stamped Image: LOTV Happy Times
Colouring Medium: Tim Holtz Distress Inks (ReInkers)
Sentiment: Hero Arts
Papers: Goodness knows, they were in the left-overs box, but I suspect
K&Co for the lower and Papermania for the upper.
White cardstock coloured with Ruby ProMarker for matting and central stripe.
Extras:  Gold border peel-offs

Having another funny little quirk with Blogger just now - blogs that I thought I had signed up to Follow aren't registering and aren't appearing in my Reading List.  As a temporary get-round I'm adding to my Favourites but obviously this isn't ideal.  Anyone else have similar problems who can offer a solution?

Hugs, Sxx

Love this Squirrel, your colouring is so gorgeous and the papers are just right.
Sometimes I have no reader list at all, so usually click onto design or comments then click back to dashboard and they pop up again, or view DT blog, back to DB, and there they are.But who knows with blogger, what works for one doesn't for another.

Hi there, what a wonderful card! I love the image - the red of the chair really ties in so well with the ribbon and papers. I used to have lots of problems with blogger then I changed from IE to Chrome and hey presto - no more troubles! Well apart from my reading list disappearing every so often, but it comes back so I don't worry! Thanks for joining in with us at Sweet Stampin' this time. Sarah

Love! Of course, how can you go wrong with LOTV. =) Good paper choice... very classic and clean wallpaper, in a good way, which I think is what you were going for. Coloring superb as usual. You should see my disastrous first try at DI watercoloring. I definitely was using the wrong paper. I promise not to attribute my DI coloring inspiration to you until it's acceptable qualty. LOL ;) Ah, well...

I had the same problem with my reading list, which I look at on Google Reader instead of the dashboard. They didn't show on GR, so I went to the Dashboard, and had to click on Manage under the Reading List. Then they showed up on the Dashboard, and after that, my Google Reader. I guess everything just needed a refresh of sorts, like the rest of us. LOL =)

Gorgeous card Squirrel, I love that image, what is it about men and arm chairs lol.
I've had the same problem hun, I've even somehow stopped following at least a couple of blogs as they vanished from my dashboard! I thought signing in would bring it back up but when I tried signing in I discovered I wasn't following them and they are among my favourite blogs and I would never intentionally stop following anyone.
Big kiss to Vince, I've just been having a catch up & OMG he looks so gorgeous and cute in the box

Hi Squirrel,
A really fabulous design, love your image and colouring too. Those papers fit so well.

As for blogger, there's always something going missing, I can never see my followers on my blog, only if i open up on chrome.
Happy crafting
