Funny Mood

Morning all.  Welcome to a damp and dismal Saturday morning.  Where did my lovely Spring sunshine go huh?  I hope that wasn't it.

I'm in a funny ol' mood this morning.  I can't put my finger on it other than I slept in far longer than intended and I feel a bit off colour tum-wise.  I am blaming last night's fish for that.  I like fish but fish doesn't always like me so I have to be careful with what I eat, except this was something new we thought we would try, but that's sort of back-fired, although Toad seems perky enough, which rather points to it being my sensitive belly.  Mind you, if you could see the size of it you would wonder how it could ever be sensitive.  Some people have those skinny super models as their ideal shape, I'm more of a Winnie The Pooh girl.

As I once said to the doctor when he was telling me that I was getting a bit round - you can't get a thoroughbred from two carthorses.  And I wasn't being rude to my parents either, they are both good , solid, Suffolk stock!

Anyhoo, I am rambling, so here is today's card:

Stamp is Roberto's Rascals "Cupcake Nancy" from CC Designs
Colouring Medium is Polychromos Pencils
Papers are Angelica & Adam Female from Crafter's Companion
Sentiment from LOTV
Corner dies are by Whimsy
Image panel is a Spellbinders die but I forgot to note what it was

Hope your weekend is a good one

Hugs, Squirrel xx

Morning Squirrel.
Oh I did laugh at your post, and I do feel for you with your dicky tum.

I am like that too. Adore Salmon and try to eat it once a month (had it just last week), but it doesn't always agree with me and can give me tummy cramps! Us women, what we like!
Gorgeous card with a cute image and lovely papers.
Hope you feel better later. Debbiex

Hehe I do enjoy your ramblings :D I have a sensitive tummy too, so many things set it off though that I just deal with it heh - lactose, grains, steak, spice, green veg...if I didn't eat all the things that make me hurt I'd starve to death lol.

Gorgeous card, I love the bright colours and you've coloured that lil lady in so well!

What a sweet little image Squirrel. I'm going to have to take a look at these CC Designs, although I don't really need another addiction! :0)

Sorry to hear you're not feeling too good honey, hope you're feeling better by the time you read this.

Paul went to the local ale-fest last night, promised he was going to behave and not have any 9%'ers, but stumbled home on the last train, informed me that he'd lost his door key, and then ran off to the bathroom to be sick (something to do with a 10.5%'er), then fell on the bed, no doubt asleep before he'd hit the pillow. Nice. Needless to say, he's not done anything today, while I went shopping, came back & washed all the windows and frames, put new net curtains up with new wires and hooky things, and then planted all my veg seeds (again - cos the first lot didn't germinate) and some flower seeds. I'm shattered. An evening at my craft desk and a chinese take-away is calling!
Hope you're feeling more like yourself again now honey.
Hugs
Annette
