Three Little Ducks

I was going to say morning all, but see that it is now afternoon.  I obviously spent more time than I thought ranting at Royal Mail about the non-delivery of my happy mail (which I had paid a customs charge on and they'd said would be delivered yesterday).  Still no answer as to where it is, and trust me, if they have lost it I shall be more than ranting at them!!

Anyhoo, on a happier note, I have been playing with a new-to-me Gerda Steiner stamp set.

I had recently been chatting with a friend about stepper card dies and realised that I hadn't used mine lately, so out it came.

Stamp set is Lucky Duck from Gerda Steiner
Painted with Distress Inks (ReInkers)
Stepper die is from CC Designs
The Hello frame die is a Die-Versions Sweet Frames
Orange card by Papermania
Spotty paper from Dovecraft Back To Basics
Fussy cutting by me

Have yourselves a quacking weekend

Hugs to all
Squirrel xx

Oh love your side step ducky card Squirrel! The coloring of the ducklings is so beautiful! I can't believe they were colored with distress inks! I love the result. The blending is so much like coloring with copic! Do you use a mini applicator or regular paint brush to color it with? Oh, too stinky too these ducklings! Besides the delay in your happy mails, I hope your weekend is going beautifully Squirrel.

Hugs, Christina

So sweet. I'm quite new to Gerda Steiner, but she makes some great little animal and bird stamps. Am so hoping your new stuff arrives soon. I'll rant at them too if they don't come - means less blog posts for us! ;) xx

Awww, he's adorable (is that a new Hello die you've sneaked past me - hmmmmm). He's so cute and I love how you've used the multiple images of him on the folds. Great use of those dies too. xx
