Dress Shoppe

Yoo-hoo, it's Friiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiday!  Phew, and I think it's going to be an interesting one, lots of storms so keeping fingers crossed for an office based power cut.  It mustn't rain at home though as our garage flat roof is being replaced today!

Anyhoo, you must have noticed that there is a Summer Event at Lili of The Valley tomorrow, and there is a launch of some new paper pads too.  Oh my, every page of the three pads is delicious and as soon as I get paid on Monday I shall be whapping that order in!

Just to show you a few of the papers from the Dress Shoppe pad, I made this simple card:

Something you don't often see from me, I have used an Art Pad!
Papers are all from the forthcoming LOTV/Nitwits Dress Shoppe pad
Nestabilities Labels 18, and retro flower punches with pearls
I wish I could have showed you more of the paper that I punched the flowers from on this one, it is absolutely to die for, in fact a whole pad of that and I would be a happy  girl!

So, what I would like you today is stay at home and away from the computer.
Reason - save your pennies and get ready to spend at Lili
The new products will be irresistible!

Have a happy Friday
Hugs to all
Squirrel xx

Funnily enough I have had Sunny Side Up and Dress Shoppe from Nitwits for some time but they are never quite the same as real, touchable paper pads so, unfortunately (!!) I shall have to buy the real thing!! Great card by the way and what a shocker to see a pre coloured image!! xx

Yes, my pennies will definitely be going on some of these new paper pads, but I might have to wait a while as I have really spent far too much lately and most of it on LOTV goodies! My samples will have to keep me going for a bit!

I really love your card and it shows off the papers beautifully and the art pad image goes so well with them. I haven't used the art pad images before but I do have some to play with and in fact, my next card will be featuring one of the floral ones! If it speeds up my card making then I could well be a convert!

Now, what was that about storms?! Oh no, that won't do at all...more sunshine please!

I hope you have a lovely weekend :-)

Big hugs, Kat xx

I'm really surprised to see you using an art pad, but she's lovely and the colours go so well with the pretty new papers. She's so cute. Love her, and a fab layout (on of my favourite dies) and I love those flowers too. Very pretty card hun. Love it. xx

Perfect papers for this little girly bear, love your card. Hope your garage roof went on OK, in between showers?

Hiya... I'm back from my hollibobs properly now (washing and ironing all done!) and I'm trying to catch up on what I've missed - a mammoth task!

You've been churning our gorgeous cards while I've been away.. (no surprise!) - but I think my very favourite has to be the teddy in her high heels!! LOVE the papers you've used and everything just seems to go together so well!!

Big hugs

New paper? Nope, I'm not looking as I don't even want to be the slightest bit tempted. We are doing a strict budget thing this year, you see. Those are great looking packs you have shown there. I'm sure they are wonderful and lovely and that the rest of y'all will enjoy them.
