Today I Have Learned A Few Lessons

The lessons that I have learned today are:
1.  Never craft in temperatures reaching 36C (96.8F)
2.  Never craft when you have a streaming cold (yes, another one)
3.  I have forgotten every single rule of geometry

Challenges for this "quirky" card are:

Ingredients for this are:
Cardbase  Handcut wonky star from a 6x6 card  Image  LOTV Little Sleepyhead  Medium  Distress Inks (ReInkers)  Papers  Free with a magazne, Me to You Tatty Ted  Extras  Anita's Sparkly Borders, stars punched from self-adhesive holographic foil

Off to start another box of tissues.

Hugs Sxx

Maybe you did learn a few good lessons, but you certainly don't need any lessons in card making, this is so sweet, I love it. Hope you feel better tomorrow, Jx

Great card Squirrel, I wouldn't be brave enough to try cutting out a star. Love that sweet image and the star shape is just perfect for the image.

Hope your cold clears up soon. I think a cold always seems worse at this time of year.

A fabulous card and a very sweet image. I agree about crafting in high temperatures, at 36C I would be totally zonked out!
Sorry you have another cold!
I never knew any rules of geometry in the first place :o)

Pffft! to geometry! Sorry you have a cold though. I think the card is very excellent as is. Time for little bear to go to bed (and you too, if you are still feeling ill).

Totally cute...love the shape...what's geometry????ha ha! I have to laugh at all of you freaking out at the 36c...here where we live in Oz, that can be the constant temp for weeks on end with liberal sprinklings of low to mid 40s, and I HATE the heat!

Sorry to hear about your cold...I think summer colds are even more miserable than in winter.

This is a real "star" of a card, love it, such a cutie image too.

It's been hot here too, I stayed out in the sun asleep for just half an hour, I was burnt and now have prickly heat aaaaaarrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!

Hope you are feeling a lot better.
