Without Words (DT) July

Welcome!  It's the first Monday of July and it means the launch of a new challenge over at WITHOUT WORDS

The theme is
BLUE and BROWN

and here is my card, which I am doubling up as my first July Design Collective card for
Lili of The Valley


This little chap is Super Striker from LOTV
Painted with Distress Inks (ReInkers)
Papers are LOTV/Nitwits Country Gent and Dress Shoppe
Sentiment tags are from LOTV Set 24
and, oh my goodness, embellished with one pearl from my stash



The Word Birds are joined by a new sponsor too

    Great image and love the matching of the colours on the papers too. I love those little tag sentiments, but whenever I want to add them I seem to feel they'd look better on the left of the image rather than the right as you've done, and then they'd be upside down. I don't seem to be able to use them as much as I'd like. And you know what I'm like with adding sentiments!! D'oh!

    This is a great card Squirrel. Such lovely colouring and layout. Clearly Besotted are a real favourite of mine - their customer service and delivery times are fabulous. Must try and join in with the challenge!
