Amazing what you can find in a tree

Afternoon everyone, I hope this finds you well.  Nothing much happening in Squirrelville today, except the last day of the Tour de France when the boys ride home to Paris, and later the highlights of the Hungarian Grand Prix.  It is officially a lazy day, just watching the Tour riders will be enough exercise for me.

Toad has just brought in another couple of ripe tomatoes from the two plants we have in a wall basket at the front.  Add those to the ones we have already picked and you might just have enough to fill a teacup.  I think you could call them bite sized!

Anyhoo, I do have  card for you:

This adorable little stamp is my much neglected Little Acorn from LOTV
Not sure why a rabbit would be up an oak tree!
Painted with Distress Inks (ReInkers)
Papers are all Maja Designs - Walk In The Forest collection
A Hazelnut Copic on white card for the matting layers and the Rusty Hinge DI pad for definition of other layers
Sentiment is from my favourite set of the moment from Personal Impressions

Hope your weekend is a fabulous one.

Hugs to all, Squirrel xx

  1. well HELO as your fab card says and what a brilliant one it is. Yes lazy day for me but then it has been a lazy week. Wow the tour has had some spills and trills this year and so many of the top boys going out. Hope they all get there safely. Enjoy

  4. VERY cute, he's a real sweetie, and I love the little bits of white on his face. I have this image and don't really know what to make of it. I love it, cos it's cute, but never know what occasion to match him to. I think Hello is quite appropriate as he looks like he's peeking out to say 'hi'!! Fab matching on the papers too. They're almost made for that image.

  16. I've always thought this was a very sweet image, although I have always wondered how a bunny got in a tree?! A big first hop I guess. Love the colors in your card.

I've always considered myself a lizard but the heat is a bit much if I must say so myself. And it is "only" 97 degrees today and that is MUCH COOLER than yesterdays 101. No, really.
