Time Out

And it's another sunny day!  Whoo.  I would say that summer has started but I've seen the forecast for the next few days.  Still at least I won't need to water the lawn for a bit.

I made this card a couple of weeks ago but as it was being posted to a friend I needed to wait for it to be received before sharing it with you.

Ingredients for this card are:
Stamped Image:  Stampin' Bella (Mo Manning) Timeout
Medium:  Distress Inks (ReInkers and Markers)
Sentiment: Sometimes everyone needs a little "timeout" - came with stamp
Papers: Dovecraft Back To Basics and purple scraps for matting layers
Extras:  Gems from stash

I love how Mo gets so much emotion into a line drawing - she is an amazingly talented artist.  I've been slowly building up my collection of Mo rubber - had intended to treat myself to another couple this week but the ones I wanted were out of stock.  Sob.

Hope the sun is shining where you are!

Hugs, Sxx

Huge Mo fan and love what you've done with her image.

  8. It's beautiful - in real life it's stunning and I'm a very lucky girl to have such a kind hearted friend. How did you know that this was me as a child. In fact, it's me as an adult!!!!!!!!!!! The colours are gorgeous and your colouring perfect. I'm a tad nervous about sending you a card - my cards are definitely best looked at from a distance! Big hugs lovely Squirrel, Jayne xxx
