Less Is More - Shades of Blue

Hi All, just a quickie this evening as Toad is burning a stir fry downstairs and I'm supposed to be on extinguisher duties!

LESS IS MORE - Colour theme this week in SHADES OF BLUE

I think it's too busy personally.  White card, sponged with Distress Ink Tumbled Glass, over stamped in same colour with Hero Arts flourishes, overstamped in Faded Jeans and Chipped Sapphire Artemio flower silhouettes, layered on white card sponged with Broken China.  Scrap of polka dot paper with edges inked in Tumbled Glass.  Will have another attempt tomorrow with something simpler.

  3. I tend to agree ~Squirrel, maybe without the paper behind it would have had a bit more of an impact. AS it is, it a little lost, which is a shame

  4. Fab card Squirrel, love how you have stamped with the different blues. It probably is a bit busy for the Less is More but as a general card I love it. Hope you didn't have to use the extinguisher. Debs xx

  14. I love that image but it would have been lovely standing alone on a white nestie. Still a beautiful card though. Hazel x

  16. A lovely card but, since you're thoughts are that it's too busy, I would venture the opinion that the dotty background paper might be the issue too
